Job Summary
Electrical Apprentice role supporting residential and commercial electrical maintenance and installation work. Responsible for assisting with diagnosing electrical equipment issues, installing electrical equipment, and delivering high-quality work that complies with current codes, manufacturers' standards, and company installation standards. Engage with clients, collaborate with team members, follow company policies, participate in mandatory training, and pursue further educational opportunities. Must be able to drive company vehicles, maintain safety compliance, and complete background checks and NDA requirements. The position emphasizes developing skills to become a technician while upholding customer health, safety, and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Fundamental math and reading skills
- Possess necessary hand tools as per Titus Electrical Services Tool List
- As a trainee, strive to acquire the tools necessary to become a technician
- Periodic technical training outside office hours and beyond regular business times may be required
- Ability to drive vehicles
- Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
- Possess a valid Colorado Driving License
- Maintain a Motor Vehicle Record that meets auto insurance standards
- Pass all background investigations, drug screenings, and employment checks successfully
- Maintain a neat appearance as per the dress code regulations
