Job Summary
Assist in pulling wire for PV string, DC, and AC feeder systems, complete plug-and-play module connections, and perform DC and AC terminations at inverters, transformers, and switchgear. Interpret construction drawings to ensure accurate installs, use hand and power tools for racking, and support electrical testing including insulation resistance and voltage checks. Participate in daily safety meetings, complete tasks using internal software for reporting, and communicate proactively with supervisors regarding issues or deviations from scope. Requires enrollment in the KE Apprenticeship Program, willingness to travel up to 100%, and ability to lift 50+ lbs in varying weather conditions. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $40.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment and good standing in the KE Apprenticeship Program
- Willingness to travel (up to 100%)
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
