Job Summary
Electrical Apprentice supports licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Provides hands-on training while developing skills toward Journeyman Electrician status. Responsibilities include assisting with wiring, conduit, outlets, switches, lighting, and panels; reading blueprints and schematics; using hand and power tools; testing systems; maintaining a safe, organized work area; following OSHA regulations and electrical codes; loading/unloading materials; communicating with supervisors and crew; and participating in required training and apprenticeship schooling. Opportunities to progress to Journeyman Electrician and Lead Electrician roles.
