Perform general maintenance and repair of building structures and their mechanical, electrical, and sanitary systems throughout the company. Requires one year of experience in general building maintenance and a valid driver’s license. Knowledge of basic construction and routine maintenance and repairs. Ability to work independently. Ability to repair and maintain facilities, including replacing electrical switches and wiring light fixtures, and complete repairs in a timely manner.
