Job Summary
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential electrical systems and equipment. Learn to use hand and power tools safely, troubleshoot electrical issues under supervision, and support high and low voltage wiring installations. Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow company policies and safety guidelines while collaborating with a team. Required Qualifications
- Recent trade school graduate or 2 years of experience in an electrician role such as a helper, maintenance technician
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and terminology
- Familiarity with schematics and wiring practices is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
- Ability to follow instructions and take direction well
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions, including confined spaces and heights
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
