Job Summary
The Electrical and Instrumentation Technician will perform instrumentation activities for automation, reliability standards, inspection, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced engineering environment. Responsibilities include executing and improving plant safety and environmental programs, providing operational support, troubleshooting process issues, performing electrical repairs, and programming new plant equipment. This role requires effective communication, teamwork, and technical expertise in electrical systems and components.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with high school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience with an associate degree
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with process control and troubleshooting
- Experience in roofing manufacturing or web process handling or other processes that integrate multiple pieces of equipment
- Siemens and Allen Bradely PLC experience
- NEC and Electrical Distribution Knowledge and Experience
