Job Summary

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on Process Control Technician equipment, including troubleshooting and corrective repairs to ensure safe and reliable production. Strictly follow operational and safety procedures, standards, and regulations while completing assigned tasks according to the plan and schedule. Provide timely feedback to supervisors and engineers on maintenance performance and identified issues to support continuous improvement. Submit maintenance activity reports and keep documentation updated after each activity. Train, qualify, and respond as a member of the Emergency Response Team. Work rotating shifts, back shifts, and weekends with overtime as required.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or vocational school in electrical and instrumentation and/or relevant work experience with electrical and instrumentation
  • Successful completion of the site's written and practical assessments
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Ability to work self-directed on the back shifts and weekends
  • Ability to work a rotating shift
  • Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
  • Required to train, qualify and respond as a member of the Emergency Response Team
  • Employees in safety critical positions, such as the Emergency Response Team members, are subject to random drug screening
