Job Summary
Design and develop electrical and electronic systems for Escooter and Ebike models, integrating components and managing design quality and development plans. Build technical requirements and standards for EE devices, analyze development issues, and propose cost-optimized BOM solutions. Control design processes to ensure product quality while supporting production, after-sales, and quality departments. Mentor subordinates to meet competency standards and compile user and repair manuals. Manage document control and propagate corporate policies in alignment with VinFast's global smart EV vision.
Required Qualifications
- Major in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering - Motorcycle
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical systems, electrical control systems, or equivalent
- Experience in design the power electronics device, such as: ACDC, DCDC, Inverter, Charger, electric motor
- Knowledge of communication methods CAN, UART, Protocol, Bluetooth, RF, LF
- Can use Catia, NX, AutoCAD software, electrical and electronic measuring devices, electrical system simulation software
- Experience in E&E design and integration system and good skill for analysis and solving problem
- English: Fluently 4 skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing
