Job Summary
Design and develop vehicle lighting systems including headlights, position lights, and decorative lamps while building standards to optimize cost and quality. Process design requests, create specifications and 2D/3D drawings, and evaluate pre-design DFMEA and post-DVP&R testing results. Verify supplier components, support DVT testing for market claim issues, and integrate function follow requests. Research lamp standards and explore options to reduce costs and improve product quality. Manage schedules, handle inquiries from subordinates and partners, and process jobs via Teamcenter, Jira, and STP systems using Catia and AutoCAD.
Required Qualifications
- University graduate electrical-electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial design or related majors
- Experienced in structure, knowledge the electrical system of motorcycles, electric scooters
- Basic knowledge of motorcycle lighting systems
- The ability to control the schedule, timeline on demand, on time
- The ability to explore, research options to improve quality, errors and costs down
- The ability to evaluate and design products
- The ability to present text, easy to understand, easy to read
- The ability to use design and office software: Catia, autocad, word, excel, Powerpoint
- Good English communication
