Job Summary
Lead crews of electricians through diverse industrial automation projects nationwide, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines, troubleshoot electrical systems, and resolve technical issues efficiently. Train and mentor team members in electrical techniques while maintaining flexibility to adapt to fast-paced environments. Travel to project sites as required for assignments. Requires an Electrical Journeyman Card, NEC knowledge, and experience running a crew. Competitive pay range of $40-$60 depending on experience and licensing.
