Job Summary
Electrical and Controls Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical power distribution and automation control systems for modular utility plant solutions. Responsibilities include directing a team of electrical and controls engineers and designers, mentoring and performance management, designing low/medium voltage power distribution, transformer sizing and load calculations, selecting MCCs and VFDs, PLC programming and HMI development, ensuring NEC/code compliance, supporting bids and system architecture, and overseeing testing, startup, and commissioning with frequent coordination with clients and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline
- Significant experience in development or application of power systems (low and medium voltage)

Desired Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration preferred
- experience in HVAC, power generation, or chiller systems, modular systems
