Job Summary
Perform relay setting, power system, arc flash, and cable ampacity calculations for substation, transmission, and renewable energy projects. Execute transient, harmonic, grounding, and induction analyses using ETAP, SKM, PSCAD, and EMTP-RV software. Collaborate with project teams and clients to deliver tailored electrical solutions, potentially traveling to client offices and project sites for on-site consultation. Requires 10+ years of electrical analysis experience and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with power systems focus. No U.S. work authorization sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (background in Power/Power Systems)
- sufficient industry experience
- 10+ years of experience performing electrical analysis
- Experience performing analysis of power systems using software such as: ETAP, SKM, PSCAD and EMTP-RV
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work with and guide others
- Must be able to travel to client offices and project sites to provide on-site consultation
