Job Summary
Contribute to EV-related projects, conduct quantitative and policy analysis under supervision, support report writing and outreach material preparation, and complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned. The internship is based in Beijing for 6 months with possible extension; salary is ¥3,362 per month (96 hours per month) or pro-rated based on workload. Required to be an undergraduate in the 3rd or final year or a graduate student, with knowledge of EVs and related policies, proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, and the ability to commit 24 hours per week for at least 6 months.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduates in the 3rd or the last year of school or graduate students, preferably with a major in Transportation, Urban Studies, Public Policies, Environmental Science & Engineering, etc.
- Knowledge of electric vehicles, EV batteries, and the relevant policies
- Experience with EV-related projects preferred
- Advanced charting and data analysis skills in Excel and familiarity with Python, R, and Matlab
- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English
- Ability to work 24 hours per week for at least 6 months
