Job Summary
Electric NERC Compliance Consultant, Principal leading the compliance and risk management framework for NERC standards across WECC, FERC, and CAISO. Partners with Electric Engineering, Asset Management, Planning, and cross-functional teams to shape mitigation plans, monitor regulatory changes, and guide policy strategy. Will lead mitigation efforts, develop test plans with controls verification, conduct regulatory investigations, prepare compliance narratives and RSAW documentation, and drive data-driven business cases. Requires office presence 2-3 days/week within PG&E service territory and strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills to interact with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders. Salary ranges listed reflect Bay Area locations; salary will be determined based on factors including skills, licenses, experience, and geographic location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Travel as required
