Role may be filled at a level based on candidate skills and experience; includes dismantling damaged equipment, media blasting, documenting electromagnetic characteristics, preparing reusable parts, inspecting for hidden damage, testing per EASA Standards, and operating related machinery. Requires 10+ years in rewinding AC/DC motors, ability to read/write, basic math, and adherence to safety and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in rewinding AC and DC electric motors
  • Prior practice in winding fields, armatures, and synchronous rotor poles
  • Ability to perform basic math functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division including understanding fractions
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple to moderately complex written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to understand, perform, and retain various job-related training, operational, and safety procedures
  • Ability to operate machinery and hoists
  • Physical ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and bend for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, carry items up to 50 lbs.
