Electric Motor Mechanic

Diagnose, disassemble, repair, and test electrical and mechanical equipment including AC/DC motors, generators, pumps, and gearboxes using multimeters, high-pot testers, growlers, micrometers, and calipers. Conduct failure analysis, document findings, and follow proper procedures for part identification and reassembly while performing in-house and on-site repairs. Adhere to OEM, EASA, and customer specifications, maintaining accurate records of testing, troubleshooting, and final quality checks. Requires 13 years of experience or relevant training with strong skills in diagnostics, repair, and mechanical/electrical safety practices. Industrial electric motor experience is a must, with winding experience and ISO 9001 knowledge preferred.
