Electric Leak Location Technician

Electrical Leak Location (ELL) Technician sought to operate advanced ELL equipment and other techniques to detect leaks in containment membranes across roofing, ponds, landfills, tanks, and foundations. Responsibilities include conducting ELL testing at rooftops, landfills, and active construction sites; identifying breaches; marking on-site areas of concern; preparing detailed summaries and aerial maps; calibrating equipment; traveling to project sites across the U.S. (primarily the southeast); and communicating findings to project managers and clients while following safety protocols. Additional responsibilities involve supporting Construction Quality Control (CQC) materials sampling and inspection activities under a CQC project manager, observing contractor activities, and reporting earthwork and geosynthetic testing. Required qualifications emphasize the ability to work outdoors in varied weather, physical stamina, a valid driver’s license, strong written/verbal communication, basic Microsoft Office skills, and a willingness to travel; preferred qualifications include membrane-system experience beyond roofing and GPS/mapping software proficiency.
