Electric Field Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead and supervise a team of 3–6 field electricians on residential calls, conduct ride-alongs and in-field coaching to elevate technical skills and customer service, ensure adherence to electrical code, safety standards, and job-site best practices, assist with onboarding and ongoing development of field staff, resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism, maintain open communication with dispatch, sales, and operations, monitor job quality, efficiency, and performance metrics to drive improvements, and manage inventory tracking, vehicle inspections, and tool compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of residential electrical experience
- Prior experience leading or mentoring junior electricians strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, NEC code, and permitting processes
- Excellent customer communication and job-site professionalism
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and support field operations
- Comfortable using service software, tablets, and job management tools
