Job Summary
Electric Assembler will wire complex control panels and assemblies per supplied prints and schematics, read schematics and customer prints, learn to program input parameters into multiple brands of VFDs and PLCs, and ensure UL-compliant panel layouts. Position is Monday-Friday, day-shift, full-time. Requires a 2-year AAS in an Electrical Field or 3 years of on-the-job experience. Required Qualifications
- 2 Year AAS in an Electrical Field or 3 years on-the-job experience
- Read and understand schematics of various forms, including all symbols and terminology
- Proficient at learning and understanding how to program input parameters into multiple brands of VFD’s and PLC’s
- Proficient with all shop tooling and computer software and able to assist others when needed
- Understand UL requirements pertaining to panel layouts and wiring concepts
