Job Summary
The Electra Supply Chain Manager will lead sourcing strategies and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) activities for aerospace products. This position will require collaboration with engineering and program management teams, driving supplier engagement, and establishing scalable supply chain processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain management within aerospace, automotive, or advanced manufacturing sectors
- Proven track record in sourcing complex components and managing NPI programs
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and lean manufacturing principles
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or APICS certification
- Experience with hybrid-electric or advanced propulsion technologies
- Knowledge of FAA Part 23 certification requirements and aerospace quality standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
