Job Summary
Election Field Support staff provide on-site support at assigned voting locations (early voting and election day polling sites), assist with basic troubleshooting of equipment and setup, work with election staff including Chief Judges and support teams, report and document issues, assist with ballot drop box pickups, and support additional tasks as directed by election leadership. The role requires travel within Baltimore County and occasionally within the state, with reliable personal transportation. Training is provided via a pre-assignment meeting with the Election Director or designated staff before starting. Expected to work long hours on Election Day if needed.
