Job Summary
Provide technical support to Local Board of Elections staff; assist with setup and preparation of election equipment including ballot scanners, ballot marking devices, and electronic pollbooks; troubleshoot minor technical or equipment issues; support election staff with equipment operation and basic system functionality; document technical incidents, issues, and resolutions; ensure equipment functions properly and report irregularities; follow Board of Elections procedures and security protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Basic technical troubleshooting or IT support experience preferred
