Job Summary
eLearning Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality digital learning content across METRO countries. Collaborate with SMEs and designers to create interactive eLearning courses, including videos, dialog simulations, games, and quizzes; maintain and improve existing solutions; apply didactical design principles; ensure timely delivery; maintain project documentation and compliance with standards; requires strong instructional design experience, English communication, and a portfolio of eLearning projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, Education Technology, or related field
- 1-3 years practical experience in digital learning/content development
- Proficiency with authoring tools and LCMS like Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Lectora
- Strong knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, AICC standards and LMS integration
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (desirable)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and MS Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) (advantage)
- Portfolio with eLearning and design projects
