Job Summary
eLearning Developer to design, develop, and implement interactive digital learning products and instructional technologies to modernize special tactics training. Responsibilities include developing online learning modules, designing multimedia instructional products, supporting learning management systems (LMS), creating digital assessments, and collaborating with instructors and curriculum developers to ensure courseware meets learning objectives. Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in education or psychology, at least five years of DoD instructional technology experience, and an Active Secret Clearance. Special Operations background is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education or psychology is required.
- Minimum five (5) years supporting DoD instructional technology programs.
- Active Secret Clearance is required.
- Experience developing online training solutions.
