Job Summary
Craft engaging, visually rich eLearning modules using Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite to deliver compelling corporate training. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to translate written content into interactive materials, manage digital learning projects through their full lifecycle, and deploy interventions via a Learning Management System. Evaluate existing materials, make confident recommendations for change to stakeholders, and conduct effective design practices across multiple concurrent projects. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital learning trends and innovations.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive background developing corporate eLearning in tools such as Captivate and Camtasia
- Comfortable using Adobe Creative Cloud, notably Photoshop and Illustrator
- Developing and deploying eLearning interventions through a Learning Management System
- Adaptable and comfortable working collaboratively within an evolving environment
- Demonstrable portfolio of previous eLearning creation
- Coding knowledge, preferably HTML5 and Python
- Working with Subject Matter Experts to acquire and translate written content into engaging visual and interactive eLearning
- Supporting the management of digital learning projects through their entire life cycle
- Designing eLearning interventions and produce materials in accordance with stakeholder needs
- Establishing and strengthening effective relationships to ensure the best outcome for the learner
- Evaluating the effectiveness of existing eLearning and materials
- Conducting effective design practices on multiple digital learning projects simultaneously
- Making confident recommendations for change to key stakeholders
- Staying up to date on the latest trends and innovations in digital learning and technology
