Job Summary
Supervise and evaluate RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in care delivery while delegating medical acts per Wisconsin Board of Nursing rules. Maintain policies and procedures to ensure safe, high-quality care; complete chart audits for quality improvement. Coordinate care plan meetings with residents and families, and perform performance appraisals on all nursing staff. Report potential or actual resident safety concerns, medical errors, and near misses immediately. Requires a Wisconsin-licensed RN with a BSN, ADN, or diploma, plus two years of patient care experience in long-term care. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Wisconsin Licensed Registered Nurse
- Two years of patient care experience in a medical setting, preferably in long term care
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Windows based operating systems and EHR programs
- Must successfully pass all applicable background checks and drug screens
- Proof of immunizations
- Immunizations/testing provided upon hire
