Job Summary
ELC Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Early Learning Centre and Director of ELC/OSHC. Key duties include serving as the first point of contact for families and visitors, providing coverage on the floor during planning time, maintaining student, enrolment, attendance and medical records, supporting compliance including WWCC and regulatory documentation, managing the Director’s calendar and daily administrative functions, coordinating parent communication and onboarding, rostering and timesheet processes, payroll administration, events and community engagement, and maintaining systems and data integrity across the ELC.
Required Qualifications
- Current WWCC and First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain)
