Job Summary
Brand Ambassador to educate customers in Petbarn stores across New South Wales on parasite protection using Advocate Ultra Chew, with weekend coverage (Sat & Sun). Demonstrate products, educate pet owners on health benefits, and drive sales through confident product knowledge and customer engagement. Build strong relationships with store staff to support ongoing advocacy while representing a leading animal health brand in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is weekend-based (Saturday and Sunday) and located in Petbarn stores in Crows Nest, Chatswood, Rozelle & Double Bay as listed, operating in-person in-store. Key responsibilities include proactive customer engagement, product demonstrations, recommending appropriate solutions, and delivering an education-led customer experience. Essential traits include confidence, strong communication, a passion for animals, and the ability to work independently in-store.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail, sales or brand ambassador roles (preferred)
- Background or interest in animal health, vet nursing or pet retail (highly regarded)
- Able to work independently and take initiative in-store
