Job Summary
Support new Graduation Candidates through recruitment, develop their Personalized Learning Plans, and serve as advisors by monitoring attendance, academic progress, and wellness. Plan and deliver competency-based instruction in individual and small group settings while using formative and summative assessments to track mastery. Analyze academic data to inform instruction, provide remediation for learning gaps, and collaborate with the support team to create transition strategies and incentive plans. Represent the academy in community events and participate in professional development and data meetings. Requires Florida 6-12 secondary certification in English, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with alternative education models.

- Master's degree
- Experience working in non-traditional or at-risk youth settings
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
- Familiarity with behavior intervention strategies and alternative education models
- Experience with competency-based learning, instructional coaching, or project-based education
- Strong comfort with educational technology tools and platforms
