Job Summary
Lead and support academic coaches and instructional staff to strengthen teacher effectiveness and student achievement; facilitate data-driven planning and professional learning to implement equitable instructional practices and district initiatives, including coaching cycles, classroom observations, PLCs, and targeted professional development to improve instructional quality and student outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction or related field
- Professional teaching certification in Middle Grades (4-8) Language Arts and/or leadership
- Minimum five years of successful teaching experience in middle school
- Experience serving as an instructional coach, academic coach, department chair, content specialist, or similar leadership role
- Experience facilitating professional learning and supporting adult learners
