Job Summary
Conduct Language Arts intervention and instruction for grades 9-12 students at Eastpointe High School, differentiating and scaffolding learning to address academic, behavioral, and interpersonal needs. Guide English scholars through PLC cycles to foster a culture of pride and high achievement while building strong relationships with students, parents, and the community. Deliver consistent literacy value and support rapid district improvement within the Macomb Intermediate School District.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education with English Major, or beyond
- State of Michigan Teaching Certification, grades 6-12, or in process
- Organizational Skills
- Successful Classroom teaching experience
