Job Summary
Growth and user operations specialist for Think Academy’s English program who will translate education trends into engaging content, drive participation in events and enrollment, oversee parent communications and community operations across platforms, and design conversion-focused processes from first contact through course enrollment. Responsibilities include monitoring English learning trends, creating multi-format content for channels, guiding users into English learning communities and programs, collaborating with marketing to align content cadence, managing trial classes, assessments, workshops, and conversion-focused SOPs, tracking registrations and retention metrics, and optimizing messaging to improve enrollment ROI. Requires Bachelor’s degree or above, strong English (and Mandarin) proficiency, data-driven mindset, and experience in education, project operations, marketing, or community management; H1B sponsorship and relocation support are available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Strong written and spoken English
- Working proficiency in English and Mandarin
- 1–2 years of experience in education, project operations, marketing, or community management (preferred)
