Job Summary
Shift Leader oversees restaurant operations during assigned shifts, supervises team members, assists with training and coaching, enforces uniform/grooming/safety standards, maintains food safety and cleanliness, and supports achievement of service and financial goals. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, inventory checks, line operations during rush periods, ensuring staffing levels, delivering fast, friendly service, managing cash handling, and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and brand standards. Requires leadership or shift-lead experience, 6 months to 1 year in restaurant/customer service, ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays, strong communication and POS/cash handling skills, and at least 18 years old.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience
- Prior leadership or shift lead experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic cash handling and POS experience required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
