Job Summary
Shift Leader responsible for supervising restaurant operations during assigned shifts, leading by example to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service; maintaining food safety and cleanliness; enforcing standards; coaching and developing crew; managing staffing and shift execution; and supporting achievement of daily sales and labor goals while complying with policies and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
