Job Summary
Shift Leader oversees restaurant operations during assigned shifts, leading by example to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service; enforces food safety and cleanliness standards; supervises and coaches crew members; manages staffing and deployment, cash handling, and adherence to policies and brand standards; supports achievement of daily sales and labor goals; emphasizes teamwork and positive morale; requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic cash handling and POS experience required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
