Job Summary
Shift Leader oversees restaurant operations during assigned shifts, leading by example to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service; trains and coaches crew, enforces uniform and safety standards, manages cash handling and POS tasks, maintains food safety and cleanliness, monitors service metrics, and supports daily sales and labor goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic cash handling and POS experience required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
