Job Summary
Shift Leader oversees restaurant operations during assigned shifts, supervises crew, coaches and develops team members, enforces standards for food safety, cleanliness, uniform/grooming, and brand policies, manages shift-opening/closing procedures, supports inventory checks and cash controls, assists with product preparation and line operations during rush periods, and drives fast, friendly service while meeting service metrics and daily sales/labor goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience
- Prior leadership or shift lead experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic cash handling and POS experience required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
