Job Summary
Shift Leader responsibilities include overseeing restaurant operations during assigned shifts, leading and supervising crew to ensure fast, friendly service and adherence to food safety and brand standards, training and coaching staff, enforcing uniform/grooming/safety standards, managing opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory checks, and performance metrics, and resolving customer issues while maintaining compliance with policies. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and dedication to service with a focus on maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency during high-traffic periods.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic cash handling and POS experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
