Job Summary
Shift Leader oversees restaurant operations during assigned shifts, leads and supervises crew, ensures food safety and restaurant cleanliness, maintains service metrics, supports inventory checks and equipment use, assists with training and coaching, ensures accurate cash handling and POS procedures, and helps achieve daily sales and labor goals while enforcing brand standards and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic cash handling and POS experience required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
