Job Summary
Shift Leader oversees restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring fast, friendly service, food safety and cleanliness, proper staffing and coaching of crew, adherence to company policies and brand standards, and achievement of daily sales and labor goals. Responsibilities include leading and supervising team members, training and developing staff, enforcing safety and uniform standards, executing opening/closing procedures, monitoring food quality and inventory, managing cash handling and POS activity, resolving customer issues, and maintaining compliance with checklists and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic cash handling and POS experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
