EL Shift Supervisor

Job Summary
Shift Leader oversees restaurant operations during assigned shifts, leads and supervises team members, trains and coaches crew to meet performance and service expectations, enforces uniform, grooming, safety standards, and maintains food safety and cleanliness. Responsible for shift opening/closing, cash handling, inventory checks, line operations during rush periods, managing staffing deployment, delivering fast, friendly service, meeting service metrics, and supporting daily sales and labor goals. Requires 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience with leadership preferred; 18+ and high school diploma preferred; strong communication, customer service, basic cash handling, and POS experience; able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience
- Prior leadership or shift lead experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic cash handling and POS experience required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work at nearby locations as needed
