EL Shift Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth restaurant operations; coach and develop crew to meet performance and service expectations; enforce safety, cleanliness, and brand standards; manage shift opening/closing, food safety, and cash handling; monitor service metrics and labor goals; provide direction to maintain fast, friendly service and resolve customer issues; support inventory, line operations, and staff deployment during rush periods.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic cash handling and POS experience required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
