EL Shift Supervisor

Job Summary
Shift Leader oversees restaurant operations during assigned shifts, leads and develops crew, ensures food safety and cleanliness, enforces company policies and brand standards, and supports achievement of daily sales and labor goals. Responsibilities include supervising team members, training and coaching, enforcing safety and uniform standards, executing opening/closing procedures, monitoring service metrics and cash controls, handling customer issues, and maintaining shift documentation. Requires leadership, customer service, cash handling, POS experience, and ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience
- Prior leadership or shift lead experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic cash handling and POS experience required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work at nearby locations as needed
