EL Shift Supervisor

Job Summary
Shift Leader oversees restaurant operations during assigned shifts, leads and supervises team members, assists with training and coaching, enforces uniform, grooming, and safety standards, and ensures food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, monitoring service metrics, inventory checks, product quality, cash handling, and supporting daily sales and labor goals while maintaining brand standards and a respectful workplace. Requires leadership presence, ability to manage staffing deployment, and strong customer service and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience
- Prior leadership or shift lead experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic cash handling and POS experience required
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work at nearby locations as needed
