EL Shift Supervisor

Job Summary
Shift Leader handles restaurant operations during assigned shifts, supervising crew, coaching and training, enforcing safety, cleanliness, and brand standards, managing customer service quality and service metrics, handling cash controls, and supporting daily sales and labor goals. Responsible for staffing deployment, opening/closing procedures, food safety, inventory checks, and resolving customer and crew issues while maintaining a positive team environment and adherence to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic cash handling and POS experience required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
