EL Shift Supervisor

Job Summary
Shift Leader oversees restaurant operations during assigned shifts, leads and supervises crew members, ensures food safety and cleanliness, enforces policies and brand standards, and supports achievement of daily sales and labor goals. Responsible for training and coaching team members, maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction, managing cash handling, POS usage, and shift documentation, while ensuring optimal staffing, safety, and compliance with company policies. Applies WKS Values (Integrity, Loyalty, Winning, Service, Teamwork) and maintains a positive work environment with strong communication and leadership throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic cash handling and POS experience required
