EL Shift Supervisor

Job Summary
Shift Leader oversees restaurant operations during assigned shifts, leads and supervises crew, assists with training and coaching, enforces uniform and safety standards, and promotes a respectful work environment. Responsible for opening/closing procedures, food safety and cleanliness, inventory checks, product preparation during rush periods, proper staffing deployment, and delivering fast, friendly service while meeting service metrics and maintaining brand standards. Also assists with cash handling, daily sales and labor goals, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic cash handling and POS experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work at nearby locations as needed
