Job Summary
EL Shift Supervisor oversees restaurant operations during assigned shifts, leads and supervises crew, trains and coaches staff, enforces uniform, grooming and safety standards, manages shift opening/closing procedures, ensures food safety and cleanliness, monitors service metrics, handles cash and POS transactions, supports inventory and product quality, and drives achievement of daily sales and labor goals while maintaining brand standards and delivering fast, friendly service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience
- Prior leadership or shift lead experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Leadership experience preferred
- Shift lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic cash handling and POS experience
