Job Summary
Shift Leader oversees restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring fast, friendly service, adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards, and supervision of crew. Responsible for opening/closing procedures, cash controls, inventory checks, line operations during rush periods, staff deployment, and achieving daily sales and labor goals. Requires leadership, coaching, and training of crew, adherence to policies and brand standards, and effective communication to resolve customer issues. Must be at least 18, able to work evenings/weekends/holidays, with 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience, and possess basic cash handling and POS skills. High school diploma preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year restaurant or customer service experience
- Prior leadership or shift lead experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic cash handling and POS experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work at nearby locations as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
