Job Summary
Shift Leader who will oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts, leading the team to deliver fast, friendly service while ensuring food safety and cleanliness, coaching and developing crew, and supporting operational and financial goals. Responsibilities include supervising team members, training and coaching, enforcing uniform and safety standards, executing shift opening/closing procedures, monitoring compliance with food safety and brand standards, assisting with inventory rotations and product quality checks, handling cash controls, meeting service metrics, and resolving customer issues with professionalism. Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills are required, along with basic cash handling and POS experience.
Required Qualifications
